Here I am rewriting what I have read in a newspaper. This paper is an important note to me because it relates to what I have experienced now. Last year I came to a specialist in internal medicine, after I was examined, the doctor told me that I had stomach ulcers.
Therefore I can not eat food or drink as as I had read in the newspaper last time. The explanation as follows, Intake of food and drink should be a concern, especially for those who have Peptic (Stomach) Ulcer . Should avoid the foods that cause or aggravate the symptoms of Stomach (Gastric) Ulcer.
First, Patients with Stomach Ulcer should avoid foods that contain lots of gas and too much fiber, including certain vegetables (mustard, cabbage), certain fruits (jackfruit, ambon bananas), certain fibrous foods ( kedondong, dried fruit), and Beverages that contain gas (such as Fizzy drinks).
Second, avoid foods that stimulate stomach acid intake, such as coffee, 5-20 percent alcoholic beverages, white wine, citrus juice or full cream milk.
Third, avoid foods that are difficult to digest that can slow gastric emptying. Because this can cause an increase in stretch in the stomach that can ultimately increase stomach acid, including fatty foods, tarts, chocolate, and cheese.
Fourth, avoid foods that directly damage the stomach wall, which is foods containing vinegar and spicy, pepper, and spices that stimulate.
Fifth, the food that weakens the lower throat valve causing stomach fluids to rise into the esophagus, including alcohol, chocolate, foods high in fat, and fried foods.
In addition to food drinks, there are several sources of carbohydrates to avoid patients of Peptic (Stomach) Ulcer , including sticky rice, noodles, vermicelli, bulgur, corn, cassava, tales, and dodol. Activities that increase gas in the stomach should also be avoided, such as eating candy, especially chewing gum and smoking.
That is the food and drink that I should avoid and also for people with Stomach (Gastric) Ulcer. Hopefully this article can increase your knowledge. Thank you for visiting my blog.
